Before your appointment, you'll need to complete our intake form online to help us understand your goals—whether it’s pain relief, enhanced movement, improved performance, long-term wellness, or simply relaxation. Let us know how your concerns are affecting your progress, and we’ll tailor your treatment to meet your unique needs.
What to wear & bring
For optimal comfort during your session, we recommend wearing athletic wear, such as shorts and a sports bra. Your comfort is our top priority, and depending on the treatment, further disrobing may be required and sheets will be provided for coverage. Please note, our clinic is scent-free, so kindly avoid wearing strong perfumes. We are also a "no-shoe' clinic, and we kindly recommend wearing socks during your visit. If you are paying with insurance, please bring your insurance or benefit card in case additional information is needed.
When you arrive
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Paid parking is available in the area—click here for more information. Upon arrival, head to the 2nd floor and follow the signs. Our space is locked at all times and accessible by appointment only. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive, and someone will let you in. Our waiting area is spacious and comfortable, complete with water and coffee for your convenience.
